Trade Assistant is sold by Rowdy Puffin Software Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. Contact: support@tradeassistant.app.
A licence to use the Trade Assistant software, in one of two forms.
Term licence. A subscription for the term you select (3 or 6 months; 12-month terms bought before 5 October 2026 continue on the same basis). The full price for the term is billed upfront and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel renewal at any time; your licence then remains active until the end of the paid term.
Lifetime licence. A single payment with no renewal. The licence does not expire. Updates to the software, including editions for further platforms, are included for as long as we continue to maintain and offer Trade Assistant.
Delivery is immediate: your licence key is issued the moment payment completes, and the software is available to download straight away.
Because the licence is delivered and usable immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including on renewals. By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel that would otherwise apply to digital purchases. Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies where digital content is faulty. On a term licence you can avoid any future charge by cancelling renewal before your term ends.
Trade Assistant is an order-management and risk tool. It does not provide financial or investment advice, does not generate trading signals, and does not execute trades automatically: every order is triggered by you. Trading futures and other leveraged products carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for the configuration of your trading platform and accounts.
The software is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for the conduct of your trading platform, broker, data feed or internet connection. Licence validation includes an offline grace period so short outages of our licensing service do not interrupt use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the software is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term or, for a lifetime licence, the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for trading losses, loss of profit or other indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update the software and these terms. Material changes to the terms will be posted on this page with an updated date and apply from your next renewal or, for a lifetime licence, 30 days after they are posted.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
